The lessee acknowledges having received the scooter described in this contract in perfect condition and agrees to return it in good condition.

It is expressly agreed that for any motorcycle of 126 cc and above, the lessee must hold a valid driving licence.

The lessee agrees not to let anyone other than himself drive the motorcycle.

Normal mechanical wear is the responsibility of the lessor; all repairs due to abnormal wear, negligence on the part of the lessee or an accidental cause will be at the lessee’s expense and carried out by him.

If the motorcycle is immobilised outside the region, repairs, whether due to normal wear or an accidental cause, will only be carried out after the lessor’s telephone agreement. Under no circumstances may the lessee claim compensation, and repatriation and immobilisation costs always remain the lessee’s responsibility.

The lessee agrees to report to the lessor within 48 hours and immediately to the police authorities any accident, theft or fire, even partial, failing which the benefit of the insurance is forfeited.

Riding on the beach, trial or cross is strictly forbidden.

The lessee remains solely responsible for all fines, violations and reports issued against him.

By express agreement and in the event of any dispute, the regional court is the only competent authority.

Theft is not covered by the insurance; the lessee must take precautions and agrees to pay if the scooter is stolen.

What to do in the event of a material accident: if no accident report is made, the lessee agrees to bear the material damage.

The lessee is forbidden from having the motorcycle repaired by another repairer without the lessor’s permission.

The authorised mileage is limited to 150 km per day. Any kilometre exceeding this limit may lead to an upward revision of the daily rental rate, according to the applicable scale set by the lessor and communicated to the lessee.
